Tours are
free of charge and offered year round. We'll show your students the
sugaring process, starting by showing them traditional methods of making
syrup and then introducing them to today's modern technology.
Or, for a small fee you can make a
reservation for a Pancake Tour. After devouring all the buttermilk
pancakes you can eat and drinking cold, fresh milk, the students are given a
complete explanation of pure maple syrup from tree to table. They walk
through the sugar house and then outside to view sap tanks and other items used
in the sugaring process.
